Chering-Joi Washington is a recent graduate of Prairie View A&M University. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing. Ms. Washington has over 6 years of experience in customer service and food serving in High-End Restaurants and also High-End Dine-In Movie Theaters. She is the Chief Executive Officer in-charge of the overall operation of the company, with a focus on Marketing and Customer Service.

Brenda Hyman is a graduate of The Art Institute of Houston. She received the Degree of Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts in June, 2014. She has worked as a chef in several restaurants in the greater Houston Area for over 8 years. Although Ms. Hyman received her formal degree in culinary arts in 2014, she has spent her entire life perfecting her cooking skills in kitchens of friends and family throughout various regions in the United States. She has been the primary person responsible for the development of the SoFul Soul Food Menu, including the seasoning and flavoring of the food items.
